the meaning of catalyst is a substance that initiates or accelerates a chemical reaction without itself being affected. So, Don't look at somewhere outside, the content is already inside us. That will change us but it will not allow to change itself...
If you are not able to match the pace than you are trying to change that content(catalyst) which is not possible. Got the idea.. :)

Try changing in the opposite direction than you are now; may be you could change yourself faster
