impromptu - on water, rain and monsoon...

Pitter patter of the rain drops on the window panes,

Here comes the monsoon , here comes the rains..

rain drops, sweet smell of the wet mud and the tea,

the euphoria and the happy cries of children playing in the street

how I wish I was there , with the Joy's abound and discreet ..

wish it rains the apt and the heavens well goes never dry

to see humans never fight and cry

for the scarce and the most essential resource of Life – Water...

Lovely poem.

How I wish, I become a child again for sometime and enjoy the rains.

Keep it up sis.

Thats a really nice and cute little poem! No heavy duty stuff. Goes right in.

In fact there are all kinds of poem structures, sonnets, haikus, simple rhyming pairs, alternate rhyme lines and what not. Seems you too have invented a new one.

2 lines rhyme, 1 not, again 2 rhyme, 2 rhyme, last not.

Is it a known form, deliberately invented one, or unintentionl since you just forgot to rhyme tea, and last line was just meant to be profound and never rhyming?
